Delivery & Shipping

1) When will my order arrive?

We do not hold stock in most of the items shown on our website because we ethically make each piece to order to reduce overproduction and waste. Given the above, please allow our seamstress 5-7 business days to complete your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. 

If you are in Mexico, your package will arrive 1-2 days after it ships. If you're in the US, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days after it ships depending on customs. 

2) How are taxes and duties calculated?

Duties and taxes are calculated on a country-by-country basis based on the items purchased, where they were made, where they’re headed, and the total order value. This includes the sales tax in your country and duties charged for processing by your country.

3) Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping to Mexico and the United States, including Puerto Rico. 

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders of $2000 Mexican pesos or more or $150 USD or more.

Returns & Exchanges

1) What is your return and exchange policy? 

Cancellations Policy: Due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, you can only cancel within the first hour. Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for manufacture and delivery. PLEASE check your order over carefully before placing it.

Returns: You have 24 hours from the arrival of the garment to try it on and make a return if necessary. The items must be in perfect condition, unused, and inside their original packaging, including all labels. The client is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges: If for some reason you missed the return date, we´ll offer:

If after checking our size guide and ordering with our sizing in mind, you're not satisfied, you may contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you and create a custom-made size for you, however, shipping costs will apply.

2) How do I submit a return or exchange? 

You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.

All promotional purchases, free gifts, e-Gift Cards, or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Since you will be liable for any lost or damaged packages, we highly recommend using a carrier and shipping service that provides tracking numbers. We are unable to provide any refunds for any lost/damaged return packages.

Fit & Sizing

1) How do I find my size?

Our size guide is a general guideline for helping you find your SCND SKIN size. You can check it out here. Have questions? Email or chat with us, we’d love to help.

2) How do I find my measurements?

Bust: Measure at the fullest part of your bust wearing no bra or a non padded bra. The measuring tape should be relaxed on your bust.

Waist: Measure the smallest part of your waist. 

Hips: Measure the widest part of your hips wearing non-bulky bottoms.

Inseam: Measure from the bottom of your crotch to your ankle.

3) Do all colors and styles fit the same?

You may notice some of our colors or prints have a different hand-feel. Each color goes through a unique dyeing and brushing process, which results in some feeling smoothies or a bit rougher than others — but rest assured, all of our colors and prints carry the same durability, compression, and quality across the board.

Product Information & Care

1) How do I wash and care for my SCND SKIN pieces?

To guarantee the longevity of your piece, please follow these guidelines:

- Machine wash cold only in delicate cycle. Alternatively, you can hand wash in cold water, making sure to never soak the garments.

- We recommend the use of ecological detergent. It’s better for you and the environment.

- Flat dry or machine dry in low heat. 

- Do not dry clean.

Sustainability & Fabrics

1) Why use recycled nylon fabric?

Every year, millions of marine animals – like sea turtles, seals, dolphins, and whales – are harmed by ocean plastic pollution. About 10% of the estimated 14 billion pounds of trash discarded in the ocean annually is made up of abandoned, lost, or discarded fishing gear.

That’s why we make our bodysuits with ECONYL®, a fiber made from recycled fishing nets and other waste that would otherwise be discarded into oceans and landfills. By using this recycled material, we help clean our oceans, recycle that waste, and cut out the need for raw materials like crude oil, which are traditionally used in the production of nylon.

2) How is your recycled fabric made? 

The ECONYL® Regeneration System starts with rescuing waste, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, post consumer plastic bottles, carpet flooring and industrial plastic from landfills and oceans all over the world. That waste is then sorted and cleaned to recover all of the nylon possible.

Once the sorting is done, the plastic is shredded down into tiny chips. As soon as our spinning mill takes the delivery of our raw PET chips from the recycling center, the bags of chips go through another wash, and are dried. Once they dry, the chips get sent to storage silos and are sent to a machine where the chips get heated up and extruded into long thick spaghetti like strands. From there, they are chipped down to little pellets.

The pellets then get reheated and are extruded again to make superfine threads that are spun together into our yarn. From there they are spun onto large bobbins, packaged, and sent to our knitting factory.

1) How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $2000 Mexican pesos if you order to Mexico or $150 USD if you order to USA or PR. Please note that your order must be $2000+ MX pesos or $150+ USD after any discounts are applied and before any tax or shipping charges.

2) Where is my discount code?

If you've signed up for our newsletter, keep an eye out for an email from us with your discount code. We also recommend checking your junk folder just in case!

3) Can I use more than one discount code?

Nope! Only one special promo, discount link, reward offer, or referral code may be applied per order. We do not allow any discount stacking of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, any special promotions like seasonal sales or Refer a Friend.
